OUR HISTORY

Nedoghama Inc, was incorporated on November 14, 1994 in the state of Texas, USA, as a non-profit Organization. The corporation is organized to perform charitable activities within the meanings of section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Service code and the Texas tax code section 11.18(c)(1).
The Nedoghama organization is made up of philanthropic professionals living in the United States. It is an organization whose underlying principles are to address common problems facing our community.

The NEDOGHAMA Inc. is in a strategic partnership with Lift Above Poverty Organization, (LAPO), a non-governmental entity, in its efforts to effectively reach its target audience (beneficiaries) at the grassroots in Africa. It is a task-oriented Organization with goals and mission focused toward identifying and solving problems, developing strategies, and implementing poverty alleviation projects for the less privileged in our community.
